I have been thinking lately about accomplishments I want to have...I guess you could call it a mid-twenties crisises. I have no timelines yet, but here is what I have so far.
Goals that I want to accomplish:
Half –Marathon
Triathlon
Learn guitar
Learn Spanish
Pactice target shooting
Take a class on rowing/kayaking
Learn to swim with more stamina
Create a sound financial Plan
Create my own toolkit and knowledge for fixing the house
Attend a Outward Bound course for one week
Plan Backpack trips
Go on a cruise to Alaksa
Own a second home in a outdoorsy location
Teach a UOP or WIU class
Have two ATVS to play with and two jet skis
Have a building at camp financed by me
Write a best selling book that inspires people
Complete a 100 mile bike ride
Visit all 50 states (I have only been to 8 I realized!)
Visits all the continents
Backpack Europe
Go to the climbing gym and outdoors more
Be a ski bum for at least one season at a resort
Get married and have a family (yeah, that definately has no timeline!)
I was trying to think of some things professionally, but really I have accomplished more than I ever thought I would so I am really content right now. I think it would just be to continue listening and have a great time with those I work with. Maybe to get my project management certificate that I have been putting off, but I like my free time too much right now!

Professionally...I see you doing much more. Leadership is not something you can get from a book. You either have it or you don't. The ability to move an organization from one direction to another, the ability to motivate people to give 110%(not only staff but your peers as well), the ability to focus on the end result and not get caught up in details.
The most important thing I have learned is that when people do things for you because they respect you and not because they fear you as a leader...that to me is very rewarding.
Sure there will be long days but as a leader you have the ability to not only make people's lives better but to make the organization better. =)
