Skiing

Better late then never......Snow finally came to AZ so a group of friends and I planned a quick trip up to Sunrise over the weekend. I think I am beginning to become somewhat of a snow snob! The snow was icey in the morning, but by mid-day it got good. A big difference between the mountains in AZ and the places in Colorado are the skills of the ski/snowboaders. There are just so many beginners in AZ, and not enough runs for them so they head all over the mountain. There were a couple of close calls of our group being hit by someone who should not have been on anything over a green. I am still glad I went since it was so nice up there. We even got into a snow storm on the way back! :) I finally got a new camera (Canon Powershot 550, 7 megapixels) and I love it. Took some great shots of the mountain.
