Getting a new home, maybe... :)

I went a homeowner seminar last night. I have been thinking about buying another house and renting mine out. I have been following the advice of this author, David Bach, for several years. He wrote a book years ago called "Smart Women finish Rich" (what's not to like about that title!) I did not do it all that he advised, but I did do some smart things. Max out 401K, buy my own home, save etc. I cringe to think how I would be if I had followed all of the advice! One of the things he advises is to find your "latte factor" or really whatever small expenses you spent that perhaps you can cut back on. Mine is not coffee, but buying water bottles! I buy water bottles almost every day, when I have a water purifier at home. I was busted. :) He just came out with a new book, The Automatic Millionaire Homeowner and happended to be in town so thought it would be a great idea to see him in person. He is a fabulous speaker and reminded me to get off my tail and do something about my finances! Here is his website, it has some great tools.
