Snowboard Bunny

I just got back from a trip to Keystone, Colorado with a bunch of friends from work. Now, as you all know I LOVE Colorado! Every time I go there I still dream of becoming a ski bum for a season, well maybe later in life. :) For now, I will have to manage with frequent trips. For this one, I decided to do something different - learn to snowboard! Since I am going in a couple of weeks again (to Copper) I figured I could lose a day of skiing to sacrifice time on the bunny hill. Snowboarding is fun - but when everyone says you are on your rear the whole day, they mean it! It definately is different than skiing, so I will stick to that since I like to see the whole mountain. However, I do want to get in some more days maybe back in the home state learning my skills. By the end, I was starting to get the hang of it even after a couple of falls on my knee I injured the week before. We also went to a great fondue place - de fondue chessel - that had a Barvarian theme. We had to take two gondolas up to the restaurant in the 10 degree weather - Brrrrr!
