So catching up on what I have been doing. Last Friday, I took my yearly trip up to the camp I grew up at. I am now on the board, so I see it with a different perspective, Budgets, decisions etc. But when I am up there, it is all about the memories I had attending and then working there. I can still never compare another experience where you get to know people so well and have so much fun together. Sadly, I do not know where those friends are. I did run into a girl that I met when I was just 13 – and now she has 3 kids! Just another reminder to keep in touch with those people you care about. 
Saturday, I went to a new restaurant called Sierra Bonita, cute place with a southwestern flare. We were on the outside patio celebrating a friends engagement, then on to The Sanctuary resort for more beverages and congrats for the happy couple! I am exciting that Kelly, his fiancé, will be moving to AZ now so that I can see her more. I had to call it an early night though, since Sunday called for an 8 mile run in preparation for the ½ marathon. I was hurting that morning from lack of sleep, but made it though and even did an extra mile with Amy. That afternoon, I headed to my brother’s place for Elmo fun with my niece for her 1st B-day. They are so cute at that age eating cake, all over her face!
