If you did not already know, I am helping out again with Cystic Fibrosis AZ's Finest again this year. There are a few girls from 20-30 that were selected. This past weekend, I went to two events held by them - Ashely and Veronique - One was a wine event, and the other a girly day called Body and Balance at a spa like location. In other news - I am back on training. I had a embarassing moment last weekend where I got overheated and push myself to what I used to be able to do - and fell off my road bike! Not hurt, just could not unclip in time. I am sure the mexican food the night before did not help! I still want to do a couple of fall triathlons, so I am training. As I write this I am in Denver (yes, working on my Bday, but I am celebrating this weekend). I have still be training in the gym between meetings so I must be focused. Work travel seems to throw me off, and I have more travel in the next month so I need to stay dedicated!
