This weekend the gang once again got into fabulously tacky golf gear. The premise is to go around and "golf" around a local street of bars. For me, water is the beverage of the night but for others the golfing had to end before the night barely began due to winning the hole. With over 30 people it is a sight to see.
On other news - working on my house! For those of you that do not know, I have been very lucky to have a friend's husband basically redoing my house, carpet, tile, back patio torn down completely, new faucets and ceiling fans. The best thing I think is the new fireplace - I had tacky outside stucco inside and that was redone. I bought the new ceiling fans today! If anyone needs work done just contact me for his info. :)And last but not least.... my birthday is in a few days. 30 was great, but 31 is really uneventful! I did have my all time favorite this past weekend with the family, Strawberry Shortcake!!! I always have that instead of Birthday cake - thanks so much Mom and Dad!!! My grandmother got the memo - we matched clothes that day.
