
I am so groggy! I stayed up until 2 in the morning for two nights in a row, and I am dragging today. :) I cannot do this as well anymore. Remember the days of staying up all night and then hitting work the next day? Yeah, I cannot seem to do that very good anymore. I have been doing really well on getting better sleep, but just took a break from it this weekend. I'll do something active and wake my ass up.
On another note.......still figuring out my training. After talking with a friend about ideas on how to get better at swimming, I thought of something I had seen long ago. I am nervous about that part of the triathlon. I bought a book on swimming called Total Immersion, and they had a website and a coach here where I live. Gonna check it out this week. There are not too many places for adult swim classes, there is a swim club here in town with the college but I want to help my skills some first before I go there.

For my other training, I am working on the BFL plan since I want to gain muscle and put back on some of the weight I lost (how many girls can say that?). Not following it to a T, but more to get the protein in and I like the weight training program. :) I just feel so much better when I follow this, and summer season is just around the corner for wearing bikinis!

sooo...I did in fact get out of the house today and hit the art festival as well as the rock gym, feeling much better after being active. I bought some amazing pics for my office from a guy who I had met through Transter. Check it out.

Another wonderful item I bought at the festival was garlic! I am cooking more and love their seasonings! Garlic Garni and the Mesquite is my favorites.
